SwfTea User Guide

Effective Date: March 9, 2026

This guide helps users complete the most common tasks inside SwfTea.

1. How to Join SwfTea

1. Download SwfTea from Google Play or the App Store.
2. Open the app and tap Register.
3. Enter your user details and submit the captcha.
4. Check your email inbox for the verification token.
5. Verify your email and then sign in.

2. Reset Password

1. Tap Forgot Password on the login page.
2. Enter your username and email.
3. Enter the verification code and set a new password.

3. Find Friends

1. Open the menu.
2. Go to Friends and choose Find Friends or check Friend Requests.

4. View Account Details

1. Open the menu.
2. Go to My Account then Details.
3. Use Transfer and Account History for transaction records.

5. View/Buy Gifts and Emoticons

1. Open the menu.
2. Go to Store.
3. Choose Gift Store or Emoticons Store.

6. Create Chatroom

1. Go to Chatrooms.
2. Tap the + icon.
3. Enter room name and description, then tap Create.

7. Register as Merchant

1. Open menu and go to Explorer > Merchant Panel.
2. Enter mentor username and your application message.
3. Accept the merchant policy and submit.

8. View Special Users

1. Go to Explorer.
2. Browse by category: People, Staff, Admins, Mentor, Merchant, Coach, and Senior Profiles.

9. Check Leaderboards

1. Go to Explorer > Leaderboard.
2. Review rankings across games, gifts, and contests.

10. Check Announcements

1. Go to Explorer > Announcement.
2. Read the latest official updates.

11. Transfer Credits

1. Go to My Account > Transfer.
2. Enter username, amount, and PIN.
3. Confirm transfer.

12. Change PIN Code

1. Go to Settings > Change Pincode.
2. Enter old PIN and new PIN.
3. Tap Change PIN.

13. Change Password

1. Go to Settings > Change Password.
2. Enter old and new password.
3. Tap Change Password.
