Child Safety Standards and CSAE Policy
Last updated: 29 Oct 2025
SwfTea is committed to keeping children and young people safe online. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE). This page publicly documents our standards, enforcement, and reporting processes.
1. Prohibited Content and Conduct
- Any CSAM, including real or simulated child sexual content, nudity involving minors, or sexualized depictions of minors.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, sextortion, or attempts to obtain indecent images from minors.
- Commercial sexual exploitation of a child, trafficking, or facilitating access to minors for sexual purposes.
- Links to, promotion of, or instructions for accessing CSAM.
- Age‑misrepresentation to contact minors or to bypass safety features.
2. Age and Access Controls
- SwfTea is not directed to children under 13. Users must meet the minimum digital consent age in their jurisdiction.
- We restrict adult features and gifting to age‑eligible, verified accounts where applicable.
3. Detection, Moderation, and Enforcement
- We use a combination of automated detection, human review, and user reports to identify violations.
- We immediately remove CSAM, permanently disable offending accounts, and preserve evidence for lawful authorities.
- We block known CSAM hashes where available and proactively monitor for evasion patterns.
4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Report in‑app: Use the report or contact tools available within the app where present.
Email the Safety Team: safety@swftea.com
Alternative contact: abuse@swftea.com
Please include usernames, IDs, URLs, timestamps, and any relevant screenshots. We review urgent child‑safety reports as a priority.
5. Law‑Enforcement and NCMEC Cooperation
- We promptly report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant national clearinghouses as required by law.
- We cooperate with lawful requests from law‑enforcement authorities in applicable jurisdictions.
6. Data Handling for Safety Incidents
- We preserve minimal necessary records and metadata for investigations and legal reporting.
- We do not distribute or retain CSAM itself beyond what is strictly required for mandatory reporting and legal obligations.
7. Education and Prevention
- We encourage users to protect personal information, use privacy settings, and report suspicious behavior.
- We periodically review and improve our safety tooling, guidelines, and moderator training.
8. Compliance Statement
These standards are designed to comply with Google Play’s Child Safety requirements and applicable child‑protection laws. We will update this page as regulations and platform policies evolve.
